The Method is Simple
The advantage of utilizing the NKU method for Diastasis Recti is the current research behind it.
There is no tightening your ab muscles before the exercise- we don’t pre-tighten any other muscle group, so why this one?
Do we actually believe that squeezing a muscle before we exercise it is going to “heal” Diastasis?
There are no “bad” exercises, but you will learn the RIGHT exercises for YOUR body.
